Matthew Henderson, Broker Associate

(719) 331-8464 · matth@alsync.com

Matthew has been a real estate investor for more than 20 years. He owns rental properties in several states and has always managed every one of them himself: the leasing, the repairs, the tenant calls and the books. He earned his real estate license and joined Property Shoppe, LLC in 2022, bringing two decades of hands-on experience as an owner and landlord to every client he works with.

Matthew loves houses and what they mean to the people who live in them. As a landlord he has built long, respectful relationships with his tenants, and he brings that same care to buyers, sellers, owners and renters alike.

Matthew's experience is especially valuable to:

  • Investors, first-time and seasoned, who want advice from someone who has bought, owned and run rental property for 20 years, not just sold it.
  • Landlords who self-manage, or are thinking about it, and want a practical partner for leasing, tenant relations, maintenance and keeping a rental profitable.
  • Buyers and sellers who want an agent who knows what makes a house both a good home and a sound investment.
  • Renters, who deserve a landlord and an agent who treat a rental like a home.
